NÃM 2020

  

Ch s giá tiêu dùng (CPI) bình quân nãm 2020 tãng 3,46% so vi bình quân nãm 2019. Mt s yếu t chính tác ðộng ðến CPI nãm 2020 là:

   - Nãm 2020, sn xut chãn nuôi chu nh hýởng ln ca dch t ln châu Phi và dch Covid-19 làm ngun cung thc phm sch (ðặc bit là tht ln) thiếu ht. Giá các loi tht ln, ni tng ln, m ln mc cao, kéo ch s giá nhóm thc phm tãng 16,13% và làm ch s giá nhóm hàng ãn và dch v ãn ung tãng 14,11% so vi bình quân nãm 2019.

   - Vic ðiu chnh giá dch v y tế theo Thông tý s 14/2019/TT-BYT ngày 05/7/2019 v vic sa ðổi, b sung mt s ðiu ca Thông tý 37/2018/TT-BYT ngày 30/11/2018 ca B trýởng B Y tế quy ðịnh mc ti ða khung giá dch v khám bnh, cha bnh không thuc phm vi thanh toán ca Qu Bo him y tế trong các cõ s khám bnh, cha bnh ca Nhà nýớc và hýớng dn áp dng giá, thanh toán chi phí khám bnh, cha bnh trong mt s trýờng hp t ngày 01/01/2020, ðã làm ch s giá nhóm thuc và dng c y tế tãng 2,26% so vi bình quân nãm trýớc.

   - Thc hin Ngh ðịnh ca Chính ph và Ngh quyết ca Hi ðồng Nhân dân tnh Vĩnh Phúc, nãm 2020, hc phí các trýờng mm non, trung hc cõ s và trung hc ph thông không thay ðổi so vi nãm 2019, nhýng hc phí các trýờng ðại hc, cao ðẳng trên ðịa bàn tnh tiếp tc ðýợc ðiu chnh tãng theo l trình quy ðịnh ðã làm cho ch s nhóm dch v giáo dc tãng 4,99% so vi bình quân nãm trýớc. Bên cnh ðó, giá nhóm vãn phòng phm trong ðó có sách giáo khoa, v, giy viết, bút viết các loi tãng 1,52% so vi bình quân nãm 2019, làm ch s giá nhóm giáo dc tãng 4,43%.

   - Dch Covid-19 din biến phc tp trên phm vi toàn cu trong nãm 2020 ðã tác ðộng tiêu cc ðến nn kinh tế thế gii, th trýờng xãng du chu nh hýởng rt nng n. Giá tt c các sn phm nhiên liu (xãng A95IV, xãng sinh hc E5, du ha, du Diezen 0,05S) liên tc gim mnh. Ch s giá nhóm nhiên liu trên ðịa bàn tnh gim 22,06%, kéo ch s nhóm giao thông gim 12,43% so vi nãm 2019.

   - Nhng din biến phc tp ca tình hình kinh tế - chính tr - xã hi trên thế gii ðã tác ðộng ti giá vàng và t giá ðồng Ðô la M. Trong nãm, trên ðịa bàn tnh, giá vàng tãng mnh vi 31,23%, t giá ðồng Ðô la M tãng 1,23% so vi bình quân nãm 2019. Giá hàng hóa nhp khu cũng nhý các mt hàng ðýợc sn xut trong nýớc t ngun nguyên liu nhp khu cũng tãng.


 

CONSUMER PRICE INDEX
IN 2020

 

The average consumer price index (CPI) in 2020 increased by 3.46% compared to the same period in 2019. Some key factors affecting CPI in 2020 were:

- In 2020, livestock production was greatly affected by African swine fever and Covid-19 pandemic causing a shortage of some food supply (exspecilally pork). The prices of pork, pork offal, and lard were high, causing the price index of food group increased by 16.13% and affecting the price index of food and foodstuff service group went up by 14.11% compared to the same period in 2019.

- The prices of medical services were adjusted in line with the Circular No.  14/2019/TT-BYT dated July 5, 2019 on amendments and supplements to a number of articles of Circular 37/2018/TT-BYT dated November 30, 2018 of the Minister of Ministry of Health stipulating the maximum level of the price bracket for medical examination and treatment services there were not covered by the Health Insurance Fund's payment scope in state-owned medical examination and treatment establishments and guiding the application of prices and payment of medical examination and treatment expenses in some cases from January 1, 2020, made the price index of medicine and health equipments increased by 2.26% compared to the average of the previous year.

- Implementing the Government's Decree and the Resolution of the People's Council of Vinh Phuc province, in 2020, tuition fees for preschools, junior high schools and high schools remain unchanged compared to 2019, but tuition fees of universities and colleges in the province continued to be increased according to the prescribed schedule, leading to an increase in the education service index of 4.99% compared to the average of the previous year. Besides, the price of stationery group including textbooks, notebooks, writing paper and pens of all kinds increased by 1.52% compared to the average in 2019, making the price index of education group increased by 4.43%

- The complicated developments of the Covid-19 epidemic on a global scale in 2020 had negatively impacted the world economy, and the petroleum market had been heavily affected. Prices of all fuel products (A95IV gasoline, E5 biofuel, kerosene, 0.05S Diesel) continuously decreased sharply. The fuel price index in the province decreased by 22.06%, pulling the transport index dropped by 12.43% compared to 2019.

- The complicated developments of the economic - political - social situation in the world have affected the gold price and the USD exchange rate. During the year, in the province, the price of gold increased sharply with 31.23%, the USD exchange rate increased by 1.23% compared to the average of 2019. Prices of imported goods as well as those produced domestically from imported raw materials also increased.
