Số doanh nghiệp thực tế hoạt động tại thời điểm 31/12/2019 là 5.863 doanh nghiệp, tăng 13,80% so với cùng thời điểm năm 2018. Trong đó, có 10 doanh nghiệp nhà nước, giảm 16,7% so năm 2018 do trong năm có 02 doanh nghiệp cổ phần hóa không còn vốn Nhà nước; 5.541 doanh nghiệp ngoài nhà nước, tăng 13,34%; 312 doanh nghiệp có vốn đầu tư trực tiếp nước ngoài, tăng 24,30%.

Tổng số lao động làm việc trong toàn bộ khu vực doanh nghiệp thời điểm 31/12/2019 là 206.661 người, tăng 6,28% so với cùng thời điểm năm trước. Theo loại hình doanh nghiệp, lao động trong các doanh nghiệp nhà nước là 2.092 người, giảm 11,77%; lao động trong doanh nghiệp ngoài nhà nước là 75.761 người, tăng 3,27%; lao động trong doanh nghiệp có vốn đầu tư nước ngoài là 128.808 người, tăng 8,51% so với cùng thời điểm năm 2018.

Tổng doanh thu thuần sản xuất kinh doanh của các doanh nghiệp hoạt động trên địa bàn tỉnh năm 2019 đạt 453.834,8 tỷ đồng, tăng 13,71% so với năm 2018. Trong đó, doanh nghiệp Nhà nước đạt 947,1 tỷ đồng, giảm 23,60%; doanh nghiệp ngoài Nhà nước đạt 120.028 tỷ đồng, tăng 10,13%; doanh nghiệp có vốn đầu tư nước ngoài đạt 332.859,7 tỷ đồng, tăng 15,22%.

Vốn sản xuất kinh doanh bình quân của khu vực doanh nghiệp năm 2019 đạt 296.380,97 tỷ đồng, tăng 16,16% so với năm 2018; trong đó, vốn của doanh nghiệp nhà nước đạt 4.302,24 tỷ đồng, tăng 41,58%, vốn của doanh nghiệp ngoài nhà nước đạt 135.458,89 tỷ đồng, tăng 22,80%, vốn của các doanh nghiệp có vốn đầu tư nước ngoài đạt 156.619,84 tỷ đồng, tăng 10,45%.

Năm 2019, tỷ lệ doanh nghiệp kinh doanh có lãi trong tổng số doanh nghiệp là 37,13%, thấp hơn tỷ lệ 40,06% của năm 2018; tỷ lệ doanh nghiệp kinh doanh hòa vốn là 9,48%, cao hơn tỷ lệ 6,66% của năm 2018; tỷ lệ doanh nghiệp kinh doanh thua lỗ là 53,39%, cao hơn tỷ lệ 53,28% của năm 2018.

Năm 2020, toàn tỉnh có 69.847 cơ sở sản xuất kinh doanh cá thể phi nông, lâm nghiệp và thủy sản, giảm 2,57% so với năm 2019. Cơ sở hoạt động trong ngành Bán buôn, bán lẻ, sửa chữa ô tô, mô tô, xe máy và xe có động cơ khác có số lượng lớn nhất với 32.039 cơ sở, chiếm 45,87% tổng số và giảm 1,18% so với năm trước; tiếp đến là ngành Công nghiệp chế biến, chế tạo với 17.061 cơ sở, chiếm 24,43%, giảm 1,3%; ngành Dịch vụ lưu trú và ăn uống có 6.042 cơ sở, chiếm 8,65% tổng số, giảm 4,84%...

ENTERPRISES AND INDIVIDUAL BUSINESS ESTABLISHMENTS IN 2020

The number of enterprises actually in active as of December 31^st, 2019 was 5,863 enterprises, an increase of 13.80% compared to the same period in 2018. Of which, there were 10 State-owned enterprises, a decrease of 16.7% compared to the same period of 2018, because in the year, there were 02 equitized enterprises that no longer had state capital; 5,541 Non-State enterprises, an increase of 13.34%; 312 FDI enterprises, rose 24.30%.

The total number of employees working in the entire enterprise as of December 31^st, 2019 was 206,661 persons, an increase of 6.28% over the same period last year. By type of enterprise, the employees in the State-owned enterprises were 2,092 persons, went down 11.77%; the employees in the Non-State enterprises were 75,761 persons, an increase of 3.27%; the employees in the FDI enterprises were 128,808 persons, an increase of 8.51% compared to the same period in 2018.

Total net revenue from production and business of the enterprises in 2019 reached 453,834.8 billion VND, an increase of 13.71% compared to 2018. Of which, State-owned enterprises reached 947.1 billion VND, decreased by 23.60%; Non-State enterprises reached 120,028 billion VND, rose 10.13%; foreign-invested enterprises reached 332,859.7 billion VND, grew 15.22%.

Average business capital of the enterprise sector in 2019 reached 296,380.97 billion VND, increased by 16.16% compared to 2018; of which, the capital of the State-owned enterprises reached 4,302.24 billion VND, an increase of 41.58%, the capital of the Non-State enterprises reached 135,458.89 billion VND, an increase of 22.80%, the capital of the FDI enterprises reached 156,619.84 billion VND, an increase of 10.45%.

In 2019, the proportion of enterprises making profits in the total number of enterprises was 37.13%, lower than the figure of 40.06% in 2018; the proportion of enterprises with break-even point was 9.48%, higher than the figure of 6.66% in 2018; the proportion of enterprises suffering losses was 53.39%, higher than the figure of 53.28% in 2018.

In 2020, the province had 69,847 non-farm individual business establishments, went down 2.57% compared to 2019. The majority of establishments operated in the wholesale and retail trade, repair of motor vehicles and motorcycles with 32,039 establishments, accounting for 45.87% of the total establishments and went down 1.18% compared to the previous year; following by the manufacturing with 17,061 establishments, accounting for 24.43%, decreased by 1.3%; the accommodation and catering services was 6,042 establishments, accounting for 8.65% of the total establishments, went down 4.84%...
