MỘT SỐ TÌNH HÌNH VỀ Y TẾ, TRẬT TỰ, AN TOÀN XÃ HỘI VÀ THIỆT HẠI DO THIÊN TAI NĂM 2020

Tính đến ngày 31/12/2020, trên địa bàn tỉnh có 478 cơ sở khám chữa bệnh. Trong đó, có 164 cơ sở thuộc Nhà nước quản lý (chiếm 34,31%) và 314 cơ sở thuộc tư nhân quản lý. Tổng số giường bệnh là 5.044 giường bệnh, ngoài ra còn có 1.370 giường bệnh của 139 trạm y tế tuyến xã.

Số nhân lực ngành y trực tiếp tham gia công tác khám chữa bệnh là 5.236 người, trong đó có 1.718 bác sĩ; số nhân lực ngành dược là 1.731 cán bộ, trong đó có 491 dược sỹ có trình độ đại học trở lên.

Tỷ lệ xã/phường/thị trấn đạt tiêu chí quốc gia về y tế là 100%.

Năm 2020, có 11.736 ca mắc dịch bệnh, tăng hơn so với năm trước; không có người bị ngộ độc thực phẩm; tỷ lệ trẻ em dưới 1 tuổi được tiêm chủng đầy đủ các loại vắc xin đạt 98,90%; tỷ lệ trẻ em dưới 5 tuổi suy dinh dưỡng cân nặng theo tuổi là 7,70%; tỷ lệ trẻ em dưới 5 tuổi suy dinh dưỡng chiều cao theo tuổi là 9,80%; tỷ lệ trẻ em dưới 5 tuổi suy dinh dưỡng cân nặng theo chiều cao là 4,80%.

Năm 2020, trên địa bàn tỉnh xảy ra 41 vụ tai nạn giao thông, làm 31 người chết và 32 người bị thương. So với năm 2019, số vụ tai nạn giao thông và số người chết không tăng giảm, số người bị thương giảm 3,03%. Trong năm xảy ra 29 vụ cháy làm 03 người chết và 03 người bị thương, thiệt hại ước tính khoảng 48.870 triệu đồng.

Trong năm 2020, các ngành chức năng đã khởi tố 1.135 vụ án, truy tố 958 vụ, kết án 1.010 vụ. Trong đó, khởi tố 1.863 bị can, truy tố 1.777 bị can, kết án 1.862 người phạm tội. So với năm trước, số vụ đã bị kết án tăng 15,56% và số người phạm tội đã bị kết án tăng 19,97%.

Năm 2020, một số trận mưa lớn và lốc xoáy đã gây thiệt hại lớn về người, sản xuất và đời sống của dân cư, thiên tai làm 7 người chết, 14 ngôi nhà bị sập, 2.105,5 ha lúa và hoa màu bị hư hỏng, 4.469 con gia súc, gia cầm bị chết; thiệt hại về vật chất khoảng 43,9 tỷ đồng.

* Không thống kê số liệu các ngành Công an, Quân đội quản lý. Số liệu nhân lực ngành Y không bao gồm đội ngũ cán bộ quản lý và đội ngũ không trực tiếp tham gia khám chữa bệnh.

As of December 31^st, 2020, there were 478 health establishments in the province. Of which, there were 164 State health establishments (accounting for 34.31%) and 314 private health establishments. Total number of patient beds was 5,044 patient beds, in addition, there were 1,370 patient beds of 139 communal health stations.

The number of medical staff directly involved in examination and treatment was 5,236 people, of which the number of doctors was 1,718 people; the number of pharmaceutical staff was 1,731 staff, including 491 pharmacists with university degrees or higher.

The rate of communes/wards/towns meeting national health standard was 100%.

In 2020, there were 11,736 epidemic infected cases, increased over the previous year; there were no case of food poisoned; the rate of infants vaccinated fully reached 98.90%; the rate of under-5 children with weight-for-age malnutrition was 7.70%; the rate of under-5 children with height-for-age malnutrition was 9.80%; the rate of under-5 children with weight-for-height malnutrition was 4.80%.

In 2020, there were 41 traffic accidents in the province, causing 31 deaths and 32 wounded. Compared to the figures of 2019, the number of traffic accidents and deaths did not increase or decrease, the number of injured people decreased by 3.03%. In the year, there were 29 fires cases causing 03 deaths and 03 injured, with an estimated loss of 48,870 million VND.

In 2020, there were 1,135 instituted cases, 958 prosecuted cases, and 1,010 sentenced cases. Of which, 1,863 instituted people, 1,777 prosecuted defendants and 1,862 sentenced offenders. Compared to the figure of the previous year, the number of sentenced cases rose by 15.56% and the number of sentenced offenders increased by 19.97%.

In 2020, a number of heavy rains and tornadoes caused great damage to people, had impact on production and people’s life, natural disasters killed 7 people, damaged 14 houses, 2,105.5 hectares of paddy and crops damaged, 4,469 cattle and poultry died; value of loss caused by natural disasters was 43.9 billion VND.
